The Automatic Soap Stick Launcher is a relatively simple design. Metal chambers connected by ball valves can be configured to deliver soap sticks at intervals set manually with a timer. Based on electronically controlled timer settings, pneumatic cylinders open and close the valves. The solar-charged system has been changed to increase dependability and requires less of the operators time for changing bottles. J&J’s control box can be easily integrated into companies existing RTU to allow the operator to control the launcher from the office. The use of electrical components improves the system’s reliability. J&J Solution’s personnel can install the Automatic Soap Stick Launcher within one hour. Launchers can also be removed quickly and/or relocated to other candidate wells for added convenience.
